Each batch arrives at our warehouses directly from Amazon. We don't inspect the products in each batch, so we don't know their condition. They come from customer returns, but that doesn't mean they don't work or are in poor condition, as there are countless reasons why an item can't be returned to inventory.

Due to current e-commerce laws, buyers have 60 days to return the product for any reason. Generally, most Amazon products are returned because they didn't arrive on time, they found it cheaper elsewhere, they didn't like it, the size or product doesn't match what they expected, a part is missing, the box is dented, or it's defective.

We cannot guarantee the condition of each product, as they remain unchecked. Based on our extensive experience, we can practically guarantee that many products come brand new or have been used only once or twice. Other products are new, but the box has some damage or needs minor repair, such as reconnecting a loose connection or screwing in a part to make it work. For example, a flickering display on a food processor is due to a faulty connection or a loose part. Once repaired, the item will be as good as new.

On the other hand, some items arrive with a missing part, and replacements can be purchased at a low price. Others arrive used but in good condition, and only need cleaning. Still others show clear signs of use or don't work for some reason.

Approximate percentages are not possible, as each pallet or box is unique, but in general, these are highly usable items that can be resold at good prices. You can contact us if you still have questions about this.

Of course. Each bundle comes with an Excel file containing the item name, its price, how much it will cost you to purchase it, and its Amazon link. This way, you'll know how much each item will cost compared to its market price for later sale.

We ship to the entire peninsula. The cost of each box is €19.99, and shipping a pallet under 110cm is €49.99, while shipping all other pallets is €69.99. For full or half trailers, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping will take place the next business day after the order date. Boxes will be delivered within 24 hours, once the carrier receives them. Pallets will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that delivery and collection are not allowed on weekends and holidays.

In the case of boxes, they will be delivered to your doorstep.

You don't need anything for a pallet, as the carrier will leave it at the address you provide. Keep in mind that if it's an apartment, the pallet will have to be left in the doorway or on the sidewalk, and you'll be responsible for transporting your belongings from there yourself.

If you order a half trailer (16 pallets) or a full trailer (32 pallets), you will need all the necessary means to unload it, such as a mechanical bull, a pallet truck, and enough space to store everything.
